Mindfulness

Jon Kabat-Zinn has written some wonderful stuff on mindfulness.  This is a topic that is applicable to everyone, and I mean everyone.  I find it especially important for us who are struggling with a disability, no matter what that disability may be.  What Jon talks mainly about is gaining less stress through being aware of the moment you are in, when you are in that moment.  I encourage all to check it out!  You will gain strength from it.
